The Equitable Transportation Fund evaluates the impacts of awarded grants through metrics that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. ​​These metrics capture a variety of data points that are used to tell multiple story lines of impact. Measurement is based on annual assessment of portfolio data collected during final grant reporting.
